At Roja Dove Perfumery, we strive for your absolute satisfaction with our olfactory creations; however, we offer a 14-day return window for unopened and original-condition fragrances. Please ensure all security seals remain intact to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our dedicated concierge team via email with your order number and reason for return to receive a unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Parcel

  Carefully place the unused fragrance in its original luxury presentation box and secure it within a protective shipping carton to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship to Our Atelier

  Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location, ensuring you retain the tracking information for your records.

• 4.
  Quality Assessment & Refund

  Once our specialists have inspected the returned item to confirm it meets our hygiene standards, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
